Delivery

How long will delivery take?

The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days – depending on your location. If you are outside the next day delivery network it make take up to 3 business days to reach you. Please book your dress in accordance to your delivery network.

 

What if I need a dress last minute?

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday-Thursday will be shipped out that day. Don’t hesitate to message hello@secretstyle.com.au for more help.

 

Do I have to sign when my order gets delivered?

No you don’t, anyone at the address at the time of delivery can sign on your behalf. Make sure that there is someone home for your delivery.

 

What happens if no one is home when you deliver?

We can leave it at your front door, or leave it at your closest post-office. If we are leaving at your front door, please let us know in the “Additional Notes” section at the check-out page.

 

How do I track my order?

Please email hello@secretstyle.com.au and we will provide tracking information so you can see when your dress is on its way. You will receive an automatic email to let you know when your order is on its way.

 

What happens if the dress doesn’t arrive on time?

Most orders are shipped out on Wednesday allowing two days to get to you. If you are not in the next day shipping zone please request your order to be shipped on the Monday/Tuesday.

If your order does not arrive in time for your event you will be issued with credit less the shipping charges.

We highly recommend customers to use a home address and NOT a work address. If no one is home your order will then be redirected to your local post office for collection.

In the rare case that your dress doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, please email us immediately on hello@secretstyle.com.au

 

Do you ship internationally? 

At this stage, we do not yet support international orders. Any orders made to an international address will be rejected and refunded. 

 

Returns

How do I return the dress? 

Simply place the dress in the pre-paid return satchel and drop it at your nearest Post Office or the yellow express postal box by 5pm on your 4th or 8th day of hire. (Your exact return date will be on the card included in your delivery).

 

Are there any late fees if I return the dress late?

We do rely on our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can continue to fulfil orders for all our customers. If you do return this late unfortunately another customer might miss out so please make sure this is returned by the date.

Please email us at hello@secretstyle.com.au if you are unable to return the item by the scheduled day of return. We will help assist you in getting the dress back to us on time.

If you return your rental items late, a fee of $30 per day will be charged to the credit card you provided on your order.

 

What if my rental ends on a Sunday or a public holiday?

Although Australia Post are closed Sundays and public holidays, you can still take your return package to your nearest yellow express postal box by 5pm. Your package will be sent back to us the following business day.
