Secret Style Dress Hire is an Australian owned dress hire company. Celebrating and supporting women to feel confident and beautiful in our luxury designer dresses. We have dresses for every occasion from a girl’s day out at your favourite winery to your best friend’s wedding, we have you covered for every special event. You can hire the latest designer dresses at a fraction of their original retail price. Simply rent a dress and we will deliver directly to your door anywhere in Australia.

1/. Search through our selection of dresses to find your perfect dress.

2/. Reserve your dress, choose a delivery and return date.

3/.Your dress will be shipped out via Australian Express Post to your home or office on your delivery date selected.

4/. Return it, simply place the dress in the provided pre-paid satchel and return it on your last day of hire to your nearest Post Office. Don’t worry about dry-cleaning – we’ll take care of that for you!

All items on Secret Style Dress Hire website are available to be shipped Australia-wide.

Secret Style Dress Hire operate through either Standard or Express Australia Post. We endeavour to have your item with you in time for your event, however, make sure that you confirm with us directly the exact date you need the item by and your proximity to the metro area (rural borrowers need to factor in extra time).

We understand that some wear and tear may be unavoidable so we provide a free $50 accidental damage insurance to allow for any minor mishaps.

If your dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item as listed on our website, see Terms and Conditions.

All our dresses are dry-cleaned after every use, it will arrive in perfect condition ready for your special day.

If your event is at least three weeks away and you would like to try dresses on before you hire, we can arrange our $40 plus delivery Try On service for you.

If you would like to arrange our Try On service, please email us at hello@secretstyle.com.au along with the dress style / size you wish to try on.

Please note that we are unable to hold dresses for your actual event date until a booking order is placed. 

The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days – depending on your location. If you are outside the next day delivery network it make take up to 3 business days to reach you. Please book your dress in accordance to your delivery network.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday-Thursday will be shipped out that day. Don’t hesitate to message hello@secretstyle.com.au for more help.

No you don’t,anyone at the address at the time of delivery can sign on your behalf. Makesure that there is someone home for your delivery.

We can leave it at your front door, or leave it at your closest post-office. If we areleaving at your front door, please let us know in the “Additional Notes”section at the check-out page.

Please emailhello@secretstyle.com.au and we willprovide tracking information so you can see when your dress is on its way. Youwill receive an automatic email to let you know when your order is on its way.

Most orders are shipped out on Wednesday allowing two days to get toyou. If you are not in the next day shipping zone please request your order tobe shipped on the Monday/Tuesday.

If your order does not arrive in time for your event you will be issuedwith credit less the shipping charges.

We highly recommend customers to use a home address and NOT a workaddress. If no one is home your order will then be redirected to your localpost office for collection.

In the rare case that your dress doesn’t arrive within the specifieddelivery time, please email us immediately on hello@secretstyle.com.au

Simply place the dress in the pre-paid return satchel and drop it at your nearest Post Office or the yellow express postal box by 5pm on your 4th or 8th day of hire. (Your exact return date will be on the card included in your delivery).

We do relyon our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can continue tofulfil orders for all our customers. If you do return this late unfortunatelyanother customer might miss out so please make sure this is returned by thedate.

Please emailus at hello@secretstyle.com.au if youare unable to return the item by the scheduled day of return. We will helpassist you in getting the dress back to us on time.

If youreturn your rental items late, a fee of $30 per day will be charged to thecredit card you provided on your order.

Although Australia Post is closed Sundays and public holidays, you can still take your return package to your nearest yellow express postal box by 5pm. Your package will be sent back to us the following business day.

3/.Your dress will be shipped out viaAustralian Express Post to your home or office on your delivery date selected.

4/. Return it, simply place the dress in the provided pre-paid satchel and return it on your last day of hire to your nearest Post Office. Don’t worry about dry-cleaning – we’ll take care of that for you!

Our rentals options are either 4 day or 8 day reservations. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get your perfect look.

Your 4 days could look like;

Day 1 – Receive your dress and try it on Day 2 – Style your dress with shoes, jewellery, bag etc. Day 3 – Wear it (with confidence) at your event, Day 4 – Return your rental dress to your nearest Post Office by 5pm.
